Job description

Our very well-established construction client is actively seeking a HR Shared Services Manager to step in and hit the ground running on a permanent basis. This role is a managerial position, overseeing the core administrators and HR Advisers within the HR division. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous people management experience, project management exposure, stakeholder collaboration, and full ownership over diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.


Duties to include:

  1. Overseeing the Employee Lifecycle teams - (Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators)
  2. Leading on projects that support activity within the HRSS
  3. Completing weekly and monthly management reports
  4. Ensuring that our people strategy is embedded within the teams
  5. Identifying training and development opportunities
  6. Supporting the Senior Management Team in embedding Diversity & Inclusion and Culture action plans

Candidates will have a strong background in a generalist HR role, ideally with 5+ years of experience. Experience within construction, project management, or property would be advantageous.


This role is a full-time, permanent position across 40 hours. The role requires 1 day ON SITE and 4 days REMOTE. Benefits include 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with free parking and private medical after probation.
