We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid role offering a flexible work model that supports a blend of remote working with the expectation of 1 day in the office each week.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate HR shared services operations.
  2. Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  3. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  4. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  5. Support various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in HR or related field.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
