An established industry player is seeking an HR Service Manager to lead inclusion and diversity initiatives within the public sector. Salary: Up to £46,293 per annum
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Service Manager to join our public sector client on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week onsite in either Liverpool or Norwich.
The ideal candidate will support the ongoing development and implementation of the inclusion and diversity strategy, working closely in collaboration with the organisation's colleagues. The HR Service Manager will be supporting the delivery of the HR strategy and the implementation of strategic initiatives across a broad range of HR functional areas.
The HR Service Manager will be required to possess outstanding and highly effective communication skills, enabling them to interact seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have a proven ability to influence key decision-makers and engage in strategic negotiations. These skills will be essential in ensuring that the services provided are not only aligned with organisational needs but also tailored and optimised to meet specific objectives, ultimately ensuring that the service remains fit for its intended purpose and delivers maximum value.
