I have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for this professional services firm, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage recruitment for Partner-level and colleague hires.

2. Build strong talent pipelines and refine attraction strategies.

3. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to support hiring needs.

4. Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and diversity goals.

5. Oversee job advertising, screening, and assessment of candidates.

6. Provide coaching to recruitment colleagues and improve processes.

7. Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Marketing on recruitment matters.

8. Manage third-party recruitment agency relationships.

9. Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

10. Contribute to continuous process improvements.
