HR / Reward Analyst - South Yorkshire - circa £45000 DOE plus great benefits package. Hybrid working

Your new role

A well established South Yorkshire based organisation with a great reputation and employee experience is looking for a HR / Reward Analyst.

You will be working with HR Director and Reward Manager to support the implementation, on-going development and maintenance of a new approach to pay and reward, whilst providing specialist and analytical insight in reward on which to base the reward strategy.

You will work closely with the HR Team and Senior Leaders to provide pay data and analytics, to influence and guide pay decisions in line with the Pay Policy, and which assist with the growth and development of the organisation. You will also work with the wider Human Resource team to help in delivering the People Strategy.

You may also get the opportunity to be involved in other areas of People/HR Analytics, HR projects and HR system work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Reward and/or HR Analytics biased HR professional to join a successful business and grow their career.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have experience of a large commercial organisation, with proven experience working in a reward focused role or a HR role with a reward emphasis; including benchmarking roles following specific salary survey methodology. Naturally, you will have extensive experience of working with IT systems, Data Management, analysis and reporting.
