Our client is a Response organisation, responding to emergency spills globally. This role is based in Southampton and is to provide a timely supply of people resources when these emergencies occur, as well as for other project work.
Job Description
The key responsibilities for the HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator role are:
Responsibility for activities to be carried out within statutory and company requirements and with due regard to HSEQ.
Coaching and mentoring end users of the ERP Resource Grid to sustain an appropriate level of competence of the system's capabilities and features, including communication of enhancements and upgrades.
Consult with initiators of resource requests to fully understand specific requirements and enable informed decisions. Conflicts to be raised with the Resource Planning Manager or request initiators.
Assurance checks to ensure allocated resource is deployable: competence, skills, and training data. Conflicts to be raised with the Resource Planning Manager.
Support the Resource Planning Manager with data analysis to identify resourcing constraints. Use the Resourcing Grid or ERP system functionalities to provide analytical data.
Support the Operations Co-ordinator in uploading mass on-call data, responsible for transferring it into a CSV format for a successful NetSuite upload, double-checking system prompts and the resourcing grid for data clarity.
Support periods of high-level activity, including major mobilisations, high-level incidents, or base activities.
In consultation with the Resource Planning Manager, seek to improve department efficiencies through development of the ERP system or departmental process efficiencies.
Enhance the profile of the department by building inter-departmental relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator role is someone with the following:
Previous experience working in this role is ideal.
Tech-savvy with experience using NetSuite (ideally but not essential).
A strong work ethic and a 'will do' attitude.
