This contract is estimated to last approximately 8 weeks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct intake sessions with various hiring leaders to understand job duties and requirements.
  • Interpret and translate basic information into detailed job descriptions.
  • Guide hiring managers on defining job requirements accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with the compensation team to build comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Ensure all job descriptions align with the type of talent sought by the organization.
  • Assist in standardizing job descriptions across the company.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • Blend of recruiting and HR experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to “read between the lines.”
  • Proven ability to write and edit job descriptions effectively.
  • Experience working with senior leaders, preferably at the VP level or above.
  • Ability to influence and guide decision-making processes.
