Job description

My client is looking for a HR Project Manager.

Hybrid basis working in their busy office in Hertfordshire 2 days a week at most.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all HR projects related to the integration of an acquisition.
  2. Co-ordinate with the Group team and divisional People Director.
  3. Migrate systems to Oracle.
  4. Align processes with company standards.
  5. Support interim process measures and ensure governance.
  6. Report regularly to CPO and divisional People Director on progress.
  7. Support the migration of CoE resource to the business, TUPE, review terms, etc.
  8. Support change in both target operating model and group support.

As an HR Project Manager, you'll do the following:

  1. Draw up and maintain project and communication plans that will support the delivery of the project.
  2. Effectively manage and report on project budget.
  3. Work with all parties to agree, co-ordinate and schedule project activities.
  4. Direct and motivate the project team as appropriate.
  5. Work closely with suppliers and book relevant technical resources to deliver project tasks.
  6. Produce and share weekly/bi-weekly/monthly project highlight reports including relevant project update meetings.
  7. Liaise with and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support delivery and embedment of the project.
  8. Highlight HR project risks, evaluate, communicate to key people and manage those risks.
  9. Manage expectations for the delivery of the project and escalate issues on deadlines, risks, and issues as early as possible.
  10. Undertake project closure as appropriate including ensuring that the necessary project documentation has been completed.
  11. Manage changes to the originally agreed scopes of work through change control and document results.
  12. Ensure project management methodology is always followed during HR change lifecycle.
