Job description

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional seeking a diverse role? H9 Human Resources are currently looking for an HR Project Coordinator to join our well-established client in Trafford Park!

Some of the responsibilities are but not limited to:

  1. Policy & Procedure Management: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  2. Project Coordination: Lead and manage HR projects from start to finish.
  3. Generalist HR Support: Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  4. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR solutions.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in HR, with a focus on policy development and project management.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  5. CIPD qualification.

This role is offering a salary of up to £34,000 per annum and hybrid working of 2-3 days from home.
