Our HR systems keep our people connected, supported, and empowered. As our HR Platforms Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in making sure our HR technology runs smoothly across 20+ countries. This role can be based at either our Poole or Basingstoke offices, on a hybrid basis.

We care about getting things right—so you'll help ensure our systems are accurate, efficient, and fit for purpose. You’ll own your craft by driving system improvements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting our global HR teams with data-driven insights. And because we go together, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business, sharing your expertise and championing our HR platforms to help everyone get the best from them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • System Configuration & Optimisation – Support the rollout of HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting – Ensure seamless integration of data between platforms, maintain accuracy, and create reports that empower business decisions.
  • User Support & Training – Act as the first point of contact for system super users, delivering training and maintaining user guides.
  • Compliance & Governance – Uphold GDPR compliance, champion system governance, and ensure our HR platforms meet audit requirements.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with People Teams and super users globally to ensure our HR technology supports business needs effectively.

If you love problem-solving, enjoy working with data, and want to shape how we manage our people systems on a global scale, this could be the perfect role for you!

Qualifications & Experience
  • HRIS Experience: Practical knowledge of configuring HR systems (ideally iCIMS or Cornerstone) or a strong desire to learn.
  • Data & Reporting Skills: Advanced Excel skills, experience working with complex data sets, and an analytical mindset.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to troubleshooting and improving system performance.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to translate technical details into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Organisation & Time Management: Skilled at juggling project work with daily responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of GDPR & Governance: Awareness of data security principles and system compliance.
Benefits

We’re growing fast and alongside a fun and friendly environment, we offer a fabulous package and amazing prospects – ideal if you’re already fantastic and want to become even better (our magic can help here).
