Your new role

This newly appointed role, reporting to the HR / People Systems Manager, will play an integral part of the People Team. The organisation has been on a digital and engagement journey and you will play a key part in this by assisting with the implementation and usage of a new HRIS system.

As People Systems Analyst you will be responsible for contributing to the implementation, integration, development, maintenance and optimisation of the people systems; as well as providing data to support the engagement for all People Systems including updates, upgrades, adapting existing work processes; ensuring the communication of updates and training of end users.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a HRIS or HR Analyst who enjoys the challenge of new systems, developing HR systems, and enhancing the data (and quality) produced to make effective business decisions. If you are a HR Generalist with project work in this area and a passion for HR Systems and Analytics, this role may also be suitable for you.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of HR processes, procedures and systems
• HR system management
• HR system implementation/integration and development
• HR data/report production and the development of what data and reporting is required and useful
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal/in person, virtual and written
