HR Partner

Duration: Initial 6 month contract

Location: Derbyshire – 3 days on-site

Hours: Full-time (37 hours)

Rate: £19 hourly via Umbrella (inclusive of holiday pay) - Negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
• Advise on performance management, disciplinary actions, and absence management
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievances
• Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
• Provide expert ER advice across the organisation
• Be responsible for high volumes of complex ER casework

Skills/Experience:

• Experience of working in a HR advisory role
• Experience of complex casework
• Degree in a HR related subject / Level 5 CIPD qualification
