Overview
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of data administration and document management within the People Operations team.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, German, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese).
  • 2+ years of experience in data administration and document management.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee-related data with precision and confidentiality.
  • Utilize customer relationship management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to handle cases effectively.
  • Coordinate documentation processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Provide exceptional support to the People Operations team and assist with HR-related tasks.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure.
  • Understanding of SLA and HR Shared Service is an advantage.
