Job overview
As the HR Operations Specialist, you will provide senior operational specialist support to drive the delivery of key HR workstreams that span the HR operations function which includes HR Advisory and HR workforce systems to support the achievement of the NHSBSA’s business priorities and strategic goals.
Being a specialist in the field of HR Operations, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the HR and wider People team and with stakeholders across the business, continually supporting team development and challenging the status quo to ensure a consistent, high performing HR provision across the NHSBSA.

Main duties of the job
As an experienced strategic HR generalist who is commercially minded with a focus on the future you will be able to pro-actively manage, own and prioritise multiple complex projects and delivery plans in a landscape of continual change. Working closely with the HR Advisory team you will deliver efficient and effective work which adds value to our HR Operational service and supports excellent service delivery to our colleagues and leaders.
As the HR Operations Specialist you will also be responsible for driving forward HR workforce optimisation across the NHSBSA and supporting in the delivery of key people metrics.
