Job Description

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
5. Nurture a positive working environment
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operations Manager - Maternity Cover will have:

1. Proven working experience in the Human Resources Operations field
2. In-depth knowledge of HR systems, in particular Workday
3. Strong Employee Lifecycle, Payroll and Reward experience
4. Proficiency in HR metrics
5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
