What the job involves- Oversee the administration and maintenance of HRIS (Workday) and other CRM
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems by regularly updating employee records and information
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to optimize HR operations
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Prepare regular reports and analytics on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making
- Manage the employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely completion of HR-related tasks
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrolment, eligibility verification, and vendor management
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in resolving issues as needed
- Oversee immigration and global mobility processes
Who we are looking for- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR or a related role, preferably in the financial services or professional services industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS platforms
