Cygnet have an exciting opportunity for an organised HR Onboarding Assistant to join our central functions team.
You will be joining the team on a full-time, 40 hours per week basis working two days from home and three days within our city centre Birmingham office.
The role:
This role will include chasing pre-employment checks for applicants, making sure all pre-employment checks meet the CQC criteria, working closely with our recruitment and HR team to ensure you are offering an efficient and supportive approach to our central team.
You will also assist the management team with the administration of any recruitment/HR functions as needed.
