An exciting permanent HR Officer / HR Advisor role within a successful not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. My client is looking for a passionate HR Officer / HR Advisor who is keen to make a difference, enjoys being proactive and thrives from a true generalist HR role where their input and contribution is recognised within a small but busy HR team.
You must have experience as an HR Officer / HR Advisor, who has managed low level ER cases. You will ideally have experience managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. You will ideally be qualified to at least level 3 of the CIPD or equivalent. Knowledge of payroll would be advantageous.
