This role is fully site-based five days a week, requiring a presence at Stamford Bridge Hotel at Chelsea Football Ground.
In this fixed-term HR Officer/Advisor role, you will offer practical, consistent, and proactive support and advice on HR procedures, policies, best practices, and employment legislation to the team at Stamford Bridge Hotel. The ideal candidate will bring independent and energetic professionalism to the role, engaging with learning, training and team spirit.
You will work closely with both the hotel team (onsite) and HR teams (offsite), engaging with a wide array of business stakeholders to support the hotel through exciting day-to-day tasks and projects.
