HR Officer
Hoop Professional Services and HR are delighted to be partnering with one of our valued clients in their search for an experienced HR Officer. This part-time role, based on-site in Llansamlet, offers 24 hours (4 days per week), set days of Monday and Friday and a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata, dependent on experience). It's an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking flexibility to balance work with personal commitments.
Joining an established and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering HR services during an exciting period of change. Our client offers a range of benefits, including 25 days of annual leave (pro rata), a flexible working schedule, an employee assistance programme, and regular social events.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience advising managers on HR best practices and managing employee relations (ER) cases. You will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a varied workload and deliver results effectively. While a CIPD qualification is desirable, it is not essential.
Initial shortlisting will take place on Friday, 21st February, with interviews scheduled for the beginning of March.
