Your New Role

As a HR Officer, you will provide HR business partnering and advisory services to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring legal compliance
  2. Maintaining HR processes and systems
  3. Coaching and supporting People Leaders
  4. Assisting in identifying training needs
  5. Supporting recruitment processes
  6. Leading communication and engagement activities
  7. Providing coaching and advice on employment relations issues

What you will need to succeed:

  1. Experienced HR Advisor/Officer within a fast-paced environment
  2. Strong communication and coaching skills
  3. Resilient, solution-focused, and able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  4. Proficient in digital HR systems
