Job Description:

As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional HR services across the business. This includes supporting recruitment, employee relations, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage campaigns, source candidates, liaise with agencies, and oversee interview planning.
  2. Employee Relations: Advise management on employee issues, including absence, grievances, and performance management.
  3. Compensation and Benefits: Coordinate annual salary reviews and benchmark market data.
  4. Policy Development: Update HR policies in line with legislation and business needs.
  5. Training and Development: Identify training needs, implement systems, and conduct relevant HR training sessions.
  6. HR Advice: Provide guidance on employment legislation, disciplinary procedures, and welfare matters.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Minimum of 4 years in a generalist HR role, including recruitment and training.
  2. Strong understanding of employment legislation and performance management systems.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and HR systems.
