The Role
Food Republic are looking for a capable and skilled HR Officer to support the Department Managers and Senior Management with all people-related processes and procedures. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee life cycle and maintaining the company’s HR system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on recruitment processes including reviewing and updating job descriptions, managing recruitment platforms, and scheduling and supporting interviews
- Coordinating the onboarding of all new starters ensuring that all elements, including induction plans and employment checks, are completed fully
- Supporting Department Managers to ensure that training manuals and processes are maintained and implemented effectively across the company
- Conducting regular check-ins with new starters and Department Managers to get an understanding of the progress of their training, and identify areas of further support
- Supporting Department Managers with the scheduling and conducting of all performance-related meetings and reviews
- Maintaining and updating the company’s HR platform, Citation
- Organising work functions for seasonal holidays, celebrations and social gatherings
- Ensuring all departmental payroll templates are completed, with employee KPI bonuses approved, within the defined timeframe
- Providing administrative support to all departments, including attending departmental meetings and note-taking
- Any other duties as required by the Senior Management Team
The Person
The key skills and qualities of a HR Officer include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR generalist role
- A strong team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Level 3 CIPD qualified (desirable)
