HR Officer – Organisational Change

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support an organisational change process. This is an immediate start, part-time (3 – 4 days a week), fully remote role for 8 – 12-weeks. As HR Officer you will be managing communications, facilitating consultations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage clear organisational change communications.
  • Support managers and employees through consultation meetings, ensuring understanding of the process.
  • Act as a key point of contact for change-related queries and develop FAQ documents.
  • Prepare essential documentation, including redundancy communications, selection processes, and contract updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or understanding of organisational change processes and employment legislation.
  • Preferably experience in a standalone HR role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with employees at all levels.
