Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment: Develop job descriptions, prepare ads, shortlist candidates, and assist managers with onboarding and induction.

  3. HR Administration: Maintain records, manage payroll input, and ensure compliance with audit standards and employment legislation.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  1. CIPD Qualified: Essential.
  2. Experience: 2+ years in a similar FMCG HR role, union experience is a plus.
  3. Skills: Proficient in Word and Excel, excellent communication, well-organised, and methodical.
