An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Officer to join a prominent wood processing company offering excellent benefits and competitive salary.


You will ideally have 2 years experience in HR.


As an HR Officer, you will report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate closely with the site manager, overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.


Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the induction process for new employees joining the business.
  2. Responsible for onboarding and coordinating Occupational Health.
  3. Manage absenteeism, probation, and performance processes.
  4. Ensure HR systems and administration are maintained and up to date.
  5. Handle grievance and disciplinary investigations.
  6. Provide payroll support as needed.

What we are looking for:
  1. Previously worked as an HR Officer, HR Advisor, HR Generalist, HR Executive, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, HR Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Ideally have 2 years experience in HR.
  3. Possess HR qualification.
  4. Strong HR administration, communication and organisational skills.
