Temporary HR Officer needed in Watnall, NG16.
Immediate Start - 3 Months
Full time - 40 hours per week
£14.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide advice and guidance on Employee Relations (ER) cases.
2. Support HR processes during the merger, ensuring compliance and best practices.
3. Assist with day-to-day HR operations to maintain a seamless transition.
4. Provide assistance to the HR team.

Requirements:

1. Essential: Strong ER experience with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
2. Experience in using HR systems.
3. CIPD Level 5.
