HR Officer - London - Hybrid
Location: London City (3 days per week)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
We're looking for a HR Officer to join a growing and ambitious organisation, playing a key role in their HR function. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of HR processes, and building strong relationships across the business.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of HR to implement the company’s People Strategy and act as the HR Partner for your own client accounts. You’ll be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, working alongside internal teams to provide advice, manage HR processes, and support employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries within your client accounts
- Partnering with internal teams to support strategic and commercial objectives
- Managing onboarding, offboarding, contract extensions, and employee transitions
- Supporting performance management, workplace conflict resolution, and employee relations
- Handling payroll administration, ensuring accurate data input and compliance
- Maintaining and updating HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Supporting key HR initiatives, including benefits, redundancy, maternity, and salary reviews
- Conducting exit interviews and tracking HR data to identify trends and opportunities
- Leading meetings across all aspects of employee relations providing business focused, consistent and timely advice in accordance with employment law and HR procedures
What They’re Looking For
If you have a mix of the following skills and experience, we’d love to chat:
- HR Experience: 1+ years experience working in an HR team
- CIPD Level 3 qualification preferable
- Strong Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- People-Focused: Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HR systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Proactive & Solutions-Driven: Able to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them
