ARM has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. As a Human Resources Officer, you are the primary HR interface with the business; you support and advise employees and managers on all HR related topics.

The Role:

• Developing and coaching employees and managers
• Ensure management awareness for HR policies and providing input on business needs to the Centre of Expertise, providing managers with HR tools and practices for managing all HR related processes.
• Supporting and challenging managers on the qualitative and quantitative aspects of resource planning, internal and external recruitment and contributing to the staffing plan.
• Advising managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, remuneration and talent management processes, supporting team and focus reviews.
• Ensuring effective employee relation solutions within existing local employee relation policy and practice.

Requirements:

• Experience with heavy-duty case management and grievances
• Generalist HR knowledge with strong change and strategic competencies.
• A highly proactive mindset, the ability to anticipate and address business issues and offer solutions to managers.
• Good communication and conflict management skills, teamwork and networking abilities in a transnational environment.
