An established industry player is seeking an HR MI Analyst to enhance their HR data capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will manage the HR System and deliver insightful reporting to support business strategies. Your expertise in data analysis and HRIS will empower HR representatives and leaders to make informed decisions. Collaborating with the HR Ops team, you will implement HiBob and develop high-quality MI, ensuring that the organization benefits from accurate and comprehensive insights. If you are proactive, technically skilled, and passionate about data storytelling, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
The HR MI Analyst will be responsible for the management of the HR System, the people data and the delivery of accurate and comprehensive reporting and insights to the HR team and wider organisation. This will involve gathering, organising, and analysing data from various sources using a range of tools and presenting the outputs in clear meaningful reports and dashboards.
The aim is to develop an HR environment with high quality MI to support business strategies, with better and faster decisions informed by data. You will be the go-to person for HR data requests and where necessary you will present the data and insights to HR representatives, managers and leaders.
Within the next 12 months the organisation also going to embark on a HiBob Implementation, this brand-new position will require working as part of the wider HR Ops team to support and evolve HiBob.

Background
