Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic HR Manager to join our client and play a key role in driving people strategies within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to deliver HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
  • Support talent acquisition and retention efforts to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and development.
  • Drive HR process improvements and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.

About You

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, or in a standalone capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational HR support with long-term people strategies.
  • Experience in workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
