This role requires a strategic HR professional with deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits, as well as a broad understanding of human capital practices.
The Group HR Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires a solid understanding of Compensation and Benefits practices, performance management, talent management, and other HR functions to ensure cohesive policy development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR systems such as SAP or other HRMS platforms and a proven track record in managing HR operations across multiple countries.
