VANRATH is partnering with a global manufacturer based in the Greater Belfast area, with the appointment of a permanent part time Human Resource Manager role.

The company produces an extensive list of products for a variety of industries and customers and has sites located across the US and Europe.

The HR Manager will report to the Global HR Director and have a local reporting line to the Site Lead.

The Person

• Degree in HR Management or business-related discipline
• 5+ years of experience working in an HR role, ideally in manufacturing or a related industry
• CIPD qualification preferred
• Sound knowledge of NI employment law
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Previous standalone or HR departmental ownership highly desirable

The Package

• Salary: £30 - 40k (pro rata) for 3-4 days per week
