Working for a London-based high-end property and estate agency business with 50 headcount across 6 locations.

Your new role
This is a standalone HR Manager role responsible for end-to-end HR matters, including hiring, performance management, stakeholder management, and arranging office socials!

1. Managing recruitment across 6 locations
2. Employee relations and performance management
3. Annual budget and reporting for HR
4. Supporting company-wide legislation changes, updating policies
5. Management of employee records on HRIS
6. Onboarding and offboarding of staff

What you'll need to succeed
You will be supporting 5 directors with their day-to-day HR operations, from annual pay reviews to coaching managers on all HR matters such as performance management and development.

1. Experience of working in a standalone HR role for a company with less than 100 headcount
2. Ideally, experience within a sales-focused client group, i.e., front office, sales, etc.
3. Knowledge of coaching management level on HR queries to upskill
4. Recent experience in an HR standalone role in the same organization for 3+ years
