An excellent permanent HR Manager job, within a fast-paced growing SME within Northampton, an opportunity to make the role your own and drive business change. Hybrid-3 days based in the office and 2 days based from home.
Your new role
As a permanent stand-alone HR Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR duties, a true generalist HR Manager role, where you can make a difference.
Responsibilities will include:
This role will suit you if you enjoy driving change and making a difference. You will be required to travel once a month to two other sites.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Manager or Junior HR Manager, ideally within a commercial SME. You will ideally be qualified to at least level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must be happy to travel twice a month.
