Cpl is working on an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art hotel in the heart of Belfast City.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and people-focused HR Professional to join a Global hotel brand in a newly created role!

Your Mission

You’ll handle everything from recruitment to team development, making sure our teams are happy, motivated, and ready to deliver the ultimate guest experience.

What You’ll be Doing

1. Building an epic team – Find, hire, and onboard the best talent for this hotel brand
2. Keeping culture alive – Plan cool team events, training sessions, and initiatives that keep team engagement and energy high
3. Spreading good vibes – Create an open, positive work environment where our teams feel valued and heard
4. Solving people puzzles – Be the go-to person for HR support, from employee relations to well-being
5. Keeping things on track – Handle HR policies, compliance, and admin.

What we’re looking for

1. HR Superstar - ideally with hotel experience, or within a fast-paced environment
2. Culture builder – you will bring energy and know how to keep a team motivated and connected
3. Organised and proactive – with an in-depth knowledge of Employment Law in Northern Ireland you will get things done effectively and efficiently.
4. Creative thinker – from employee engagement to problem solving, you always find a fresh approach
