I am currently seeking a professional individual to act as a HR Manager for a leading care provider based in Head Office in West Bromwich. The successful applicant will be required to provide a level of strategic support to services and head office as needed. Your job role entails providing coaching and guidance to managers to improve their ability to manage staff performance, absence, and disability matters. You will support the business in managing human resources.

Main Responsibilities

1. Align and positively promote business strategy/objectives
2. Complex employee relations
3. Dispute resolution
4. Performance management and improvement of systems and processes
5. Ensure full employment compliance with regards to all regulatory bodies/agencies expectations/standards in relation to all potential and existing employees
6. Monitor recruitment and retention
7. Prepare and present a monthly report to the Directors
8. Review existing benefits and explore new opportunities that are available
9. Policy development
10. Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
11. Organisational departmental planning
12. TUPE

What do you need?

Being educated to degree level is desirable. A CIPD qualification is expected. This may include Graduates with a level 5 or 7 qualification; an MBA in human resource management is an alternative. Alternatively, a BTEC HNC/HND in human resource management is acceptable.
