They are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to drive their people operations. In this role, you'll be reporting to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping HR processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, managing all people-related administration, and fostering an engaging workplace culture. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, creating a seamless experience for new hires
• Handle all people-related administration, including contracts and compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies that support the company's growth and values
• Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement
• Oversee performance management and employee relations to ensure team success

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a start-up or tech environment
• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to HR administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a hands-on, proactive mindset
