Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, this role offers the chance to lead Chambers’ HR function and to play a pivotal role in Compliance. Demonstrable expertise in the GDPR, AML and sanctions regulations is essential.
You will be instrumental in shaping policies and strategies that ensure legal compliance and enhance the employee experience. The ability to influence and persuade is key. Target driven, with excellent attention to detail, you will work closely with other senior staff and members of Chambers, making a significant contribution to the next stage of Chambers’ development.
