The Role
Experienced HR Manager required to work for a successful supply chain and distribution company who has an excellent reputation for providing a fantastic working culture.

HR Manager responsibilities:

1. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce-related matters.
2. Develop and execute HR strategy and HR policies.
3. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
4. Create and implement performance management systems to support employee growth and development.
5. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
6. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance workforce skills and support career advancement.
7. Manage payroll processes, HRIS functionality, and benefits administration.
8. Provide insightful HR reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making.

HR Manager requirements:
The successfully appointed HR Manager will have the following skills and abilities:

1. Demonstrable experience in a senior HR role, ideally with a multi-site organisation.
2. Ideally CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
3. Background in employee relations, performance management, and L&D programs.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills.
5. Data driven mindset with excellent analytical capabilities.
