Location: Salisbury area (with travel across the South West)

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 DOE

Your Role

As my client's HR Manager, you'll work closely with the Managing Director, providing expert HR leadership while delivering hands-on support across the South West. You'll play a key role in shaping workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting managers in all areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring outstanding HR service delivery.
2. Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
3. Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
4. Handle payroll operations efficiently.
5. Lead on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
6. Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with legislation.
7. Build strong relationships across all levels, fostering a positive work culture.
8. Travel to dealership sites to provide tailored HR support (company vehicle & mileage included).

4. A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

6. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
