We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to join a growing organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare. This role reports to the Head of HR and will focus on supporting managers, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide HR advice on employee relations and performance management.
2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
3. Ensure HR policies comply with employment law.
4. Support leaders with people management and talent strategies.

What We Are Looking For

1. Proven HR Manager experience, preferably in healthcare, tech, or similar sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. CIPD Level 5 qualification (preferred).
