Salary: Circa £64,000 + executive benefits

The HR Business Team in Shared Services is a key partner, delivering innovative people and business solutions aligned with BAE Systems' strategy. With over 2,800 employees across 25+ sites, Shared Services supports 200+ services in areas such as IT, procurement, payroll, and finance.
