Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growth focussed dynamic software firm with Global locations in their search for a HR Manager. The role is available on a full time basis (35 hours per week), and offers an excellent benefits package to include private medical insurance, enhanced holiday allowance and much more.

This role will suit an experienced HR Manager, who can demonstrate a proven track record of working in a high-growth and high-speed environment, showing the ability to thrive and enjoy a fast paced environment. The HR Manager post will be supported by another member of the HR team so should also have experience in a management position previously.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR function for a high growth tech organisation, working in tandem with a HR Advisor in a 2 person function
  • Develop and implement HR plans aligned with business goals, supporting organisational change and growth
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, building strong employer branding and building excellent relationships with external stakeholders
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture through effective employee relations, feedback mechanisms, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage performance frameworks and lead on learning and development across the organisation
  • Oversee HR policies, legal compliance, GDPR, payroll coordination, and facilities management
Skills & Experience
  • Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within the tech or software sector
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Track record of developing and implementing HR systems, policies, and L&D initiatives
  • Confident in HR data, reporting tools, and payroll processes
