As a vital member of the HR team, you will have proven experience in HR management and in particular employee relations case work. You will also be responsible for training and development, as well as managing key HR data. Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you will work closely with finance on payroll and engage with key members of the school community to ensure a seamless HR service.

This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to support and guide Line Managers and the Senior Leadership team on employee relations, HR policies, and other HR functions.
