Responsibilities
  • Support the operation by being the first point of contact for all people matters.
  • Adopt a hands-on and visible approach to people matters across the sites.
  • Advise and coach the sites on employee relations matters, taking ownership of complex cases.
  • Implement and review a people strategy focused on the development and well-being of our team.
  • Ensure that the company’s recruitment and selection process attracts and retains high calibre talent.
  • Support the integration of our training culture across the group which inspires and motivates the team.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on all KPIs utilizing all HR systems integrated into the operation.
  • Drive succession planning within our sites by promoting the completion of all reviews and performance development journeys.
  • Proactively establish relations and connections across all locations to support the development of our own people culture and strategies.
  • Oversee the entire payroll.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory HR requirements.
  • Support the maintenance of the Company’s skilled worker license.
  • Previous experience within hospitality is required.
  • Travel across all our sites will be required.
