- Support the operation by being the first point of contact for all people matters.
- Adopt a hands-on and visible approach to people matters across the sites.
- Advise and coach the sites on employee relations matters, taking ownership of complex cases.
- Implement and review a people strategy focused on the development and well-being of our team.
- Ensure that the company’s recruitment and selection process attracts and retains high calibre talent.
- Support the integration of our training culture across the group which inspires and motivates the team.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on all KPIs utilizing all HR systems integrated into the operation.
- Drive succession planning within our sites by promoting the completion of all reviews and performance development journeys.
- Proactively establish relations and connections across all locations to support the development of our own people culture and strategies.
- Oversee the entire payroll.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory HR requirements.
- Support the maintenance of the Company’s skilled worker license.
- Previous experience within hospitality is required.
- Travel across all our sites will be required.
- 50% off food and drink Monday to Thursday up to a table of 4 at Tattu or Fenix restaurants.
- After reaching your 2nd Anniversary and each subsequent anniversary, you will be welcomed to dine at any Tattu or Fenix restaurant.
