Human Resource Manager
Salary starts from 4,000 EUR per month

Things you will be doing as an HR Manager:

  1. Reporting to the Operation Manager
  2. Run day-to-day operations and oversee all the aspects of the HR Department.
  3. Talent Management and succession planning
  4. Recruiting personnel at all levels
  5. Conduct checks in departments and ensure all learning and development are recorded
  6. Monitor employee performance, advise and coach as necessary
  7. To ensure that customer care training is planned and evaluated
  8. Deal with staff queries in an efficient manner

You will be a great fit if you have:

  1. Experience in the HR field for more than 3 years
  2. Great negotiation and communication skills
  3. Excellent management, administrative and talent handling skills
  4. Finance skills
  5. Mentoring and coaching skills
