Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and lead the delivery of a full HR process, dealing with all people related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Processing new starters and leavers documentation, as well as all employee changes e.g. maternity leave
Recruitment administration: writing up job descriptions, scheduling interviews, drawing up offer letter and contracts, etc.
Processing staff absence
Managing staff probations and appraisals
Arranging/delivering staff training to update of HR changes
Providing guidance to SLT to deal with disciplinaries, grievances or redundancies.
Key attributes
Experience in a similar HR position
CIPD qualification
Excellence written and verbal English
A keen eye for detail
Demonstrable knowledge of employee legislation and HR best practice.
