Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Liverpool secondary schools who are looking for a full-time Human Resources Manager. The role is to start in January 2025 and is a permanent position.
This full-time position will pay up to £38,223 per year, 37.5 hours per week.
You will need to be CIPD Level 7 qualified. You do not have to have an education background for this role, but you will need to have a strong HR background.
You will be required to provide day-to-day support to the Trust and the HR Team whilst reporting to the Director of HR.
There are 8 schools in the Trust, and you will have to travel between them, so a car is essential for this role.
You will require thorough knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and statutory requirements.
