Job description

This highly successful Construction based company is looking to strengthen their team with a dynamic HR Manager to manage and implement HR policies, oversee the full employee lifecycle and ensure HR practices align with the overall aims and objectives of the business.


ROLE: HR MANAGER / HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

LOCATION:

Office based near Faversham, Kent.


SALARY:

Negotiable salary (depending on experience) plus annual profit related bonus, 25 days holiday plus an additional day per 2-year anniversary, private medical insurance, pension, onsite parking, nice and bright modern offices.


HOURS:

Monday - Friday. Full time. Permanent. 9.00am - 5.30pm.


Responsibilities:
  1. Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR related matters.
  2. Manage HR policies and procedures.
  3. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding.
  4. Ensure employee records meet GDPR requirements.
  5. Support managers with employee relations.
  6. Implement and develop positive wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will ideally have a CIPD level 5 qualification and at least 5 years' experience in a similar HR Management role and a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.


You will be a positive, 'hands-on' HR Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle employee relations as well as good organisational/ problem solving skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
